Welcome to Lairco Learn ("we," "our," or "us"), an online learning management system and course platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lairco Learn platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.laircolearn.com (the "Platform").
Please read these Terms carefully before you start using the Platform. By using the Platform, registering for an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Upon successful registration and payment (if applicable), you will be granted access to the course(s) you have enrolled in. Course access may be limited by time, number of views, or other factors as specified at the time of enrollment.
All content provided through the Platform, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, images, and teaching materials ("Content"), is owned by Lairco Learn or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lairco Learn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. You may not:
Some courses on the Platform may require payment. All fees are listed in the course description or at checkout. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions of those payment processors.
Refunds for course purchases may be available as specified in the course description or as required by applicable law. To request a refund, please contact learn@lairco.net with your order information.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform or by contacting us at learn@lairco.net.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
THE PLATFORM AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LAIRCO LEARN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LAIRCO LEARN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
IN NO EVENT WILL LAIRCO LEARN, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lairco Learn, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
